The young forward joined in 2025 from Women’s Super League champions Chelsea, where she worked her way through the Academy before signing a professional deal in 2023.

Claypole made her senior debut for the Blues in January 2022 against Aston Villa in the Women’s FA Cup, making her first appearance in the WSL in March the following year.

In the 2024/25 season, Claypole joined Championship side Durham, with her five goals earning nomination for Women’s Championship Player of the Season.
