Ahead of today’s Premier League fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion, we would like to remind all supporters of our zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of discrimination.

We have previously dealt with numerous incidents of homophobia during and following fixtures against Brighton & Hove Albion, both within the stadium and online.

This led to some supporters appearing in court and others receiving either Football Banning Orders, club bans, or education through Kick it Out and the police. All perpetrators were placed on acceptable behaviour contracts regarding future conduct before being considered for a return to the City Ground.

We will continue to work closely with the relevant authorities to apply the necessary sanctions where individuals are found guilty of discriminatory conduct.

We hope everybody enjoys the game and that supporters ensure the fixture is played in a welcoming, inclusive environment for all.
