Ticket sales for Nottingham Forest’s trip to Derby County in the Sky Bet Championship have been suspended.
Due to current issues with the club's phone system, ticket sales have been suspended until this problem has been rectified as the club want to give all supporters a fair opportunity to purchase their seats.
The Reds travel down the A52 to face their East Midlands rivals on Saturday 4th April (kick-off 12.30pm), with Sabri Lamouchi's side looking to make it a hat-trick of wins against The Rams this season.
The club have requested the full allocation of 3,126 reserved seat tickets located in the South East corner of the stadium with tickets are priced as follows:

Wednesday 18th March – Season card holders with 10+ loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Friday 20th March – Season card holders with 7+ loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Sunday 22nd March – Season card holders with 5+ loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Tuesday 24th March – Season card holders with 3+ loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Wednesday 25th March – Season card holders with 2+ loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Thursday 26th March – Season card holders with 1+ loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Friday 27th March – Season card holders with 0 loyalty points (online/phones/in-person)**
Tickets are sold strictly at a rate of one ticket per customer number

Any away member or season card holder who purchases tickets during their online-only window and has specific requirements or wish to sit with friends/family who have purchased within a separate booking is encouraged to call the ticket office to make their request after buying their tickets.
Access to tickets
Tickets will not be available to collect until Friday 20th March and all tickets purchased after 3pm on Wednesday 1st April cannot be posted. Instead, these will be made available for collection directly from the Nottingham Forest ticket office. Derby County have stated that they will permit only a limited number of collections at Pride Park on matchday.
Supporters with accessibility needs
Supporters who are registered with Nottingham Forest as having accessible seating requirements can claim a disabled companion seat providing that they are entitled to the MIDDLE rate of Disabled Living Allowance for either the care or mobility component, the middle rate of Attendance Allowance or the Enhanced Rate of Personal Independence Payment.
Unfortunately, supporters who require a disabled companion seat (personal assistant) cannot currently buy their tickets online. Official coach travel
Coach travel departs the Brian Clough Stand car park at 10.15am and is priced at £12. Subject to availability, supporters can park their vehicles free of charge in the Brian Clough Stand car park.
