Andy Cook has been preparing his Nottingham Forest side to face Fylde on the road this Sunday in what he expects to be another tough game.
The two sides only met three weeks ago in the reverse fixture at The Reds stomping ground and it was a tight affair as Forest edged the counter by a goal to pick up a 2-1 victory.
Looking ahead to the game Cook said: “Fylde came to Eastwood the other week and played really well, the way they moved the ball was excellent.
“We know what we can do going forward so we’re ready.”
Cook also believes that his Forest side are much better prepared to face The Coasters this weekend after only facing each other in February.
“We’re obviously much better prepared to face them now we know what they’re about,” he explained.
“We know exactly how good they are especially at controlling the ball and keeping possession.
“Equally we posed a threat against them, with our passing techniques which led to our late goal.”
Cook has made numerous changes to his starting line-ups throughout the opening few months of the calendar year and he shares if he’s looking to rotate his players again on Sunday.
He said: “It always comes down to the specific needs of the game.
“Annabel McKechnie’s a great player and been on form for the reserves this season and Sydnie Naylor’s come in and found a good position for herself in left back.
“But I look at it game by game, there’s obviously a couple of positions in there that are set in stone every week but the rest is always up to be changed around.
“Different players offer different traits and talents but everyone here knows it’s a squad game and everyone will get there chance in one game or another.”
