Five reasons why you should attend Sunday's game

20 March 2019

Ahead of Sunday’s FA Women’s National League game against Derby County Ladies, here are five reasons why you should attend.

1 – A52 DERBY…The battle of the A52 comes to a head on Sunday as your Forest Ladies take on Derby County Ladies for East Midlands bragging rights. The reverse fixture went the way of Derby so Forest are looking to make amends this time around and send The Reds' faithful home happy.

2 – INTERNATIONAL BREAK…. With the men on an international break, the only way to get your Forest fix is to come support your Forest Ladies, and there is no bigger game for Reds fans than the East Midlands derby. Be there to support Forest Ladies and help cheer them on to an important victory!

3 – EVERY POINT COUNTS…With the season coming to a close, every point is valuable for Forest Ladies who are looking to get back to winning ways after a solid point away to Stoke City last time out. Three points against Derby will give Forest some breathing room and a good platform to pick up more points in the final handful of games.

4 – TALENT ON SHOW…. A mixture of experience and youth make up your Forest Ladies. Many of the team are local female players who have supported Nottingham Forest all of their lives. Some players have developed from the Nottingham Forest Ladies Junior program or the Nottingham Forest Regional Talent Club along with more experienced players who have played at the top levels of FA Women’s Football.

5 – AFFORDABLE TICKET PRICES…With ticket prices being just £5 for adults and £2 for children and concessions it allows supporters to come enjoy a great game of football, in a family friendly environment for a low ticket price. Bring a friend, bring the family and come enjoy an afternoon out at Forest Ladies. All Forest season card holders receive HALF-PRICE ENTRY once you show your season card at the gate!
