How do you spend your free time? - There isn’t much of it between my on-call shifts and football, but I otherwise spend my time visiting friends and family across the country

What age do you wish you could permanently be? - 21 - enjoying university and playing for Nottingham Forest Ladies in the Premier League without any work worries or injuries

Best way to relax? - Playing football is my release for sure, otherwise a trip home to the seaside always makes me feel relaxed!

Where is the most interesting place you’ve been? - I lived and worked in rural Zambia (Africa) for one year between 2016-17. It was the best year of my life!

What is the best way to start the day? - Coffee.

What do you wish you knew more about? - Different languages... I always wanted to be able to speak French.

Funniest teammate? Katie Middleton - although occasionally we are laughing at her, not with her...

Most inspiring teammate? Haz Parnell - mother, footballer and working full-time. What a hero!

If you were stranded on a desert island, which teammate would you want to be with? Charlie (Griffin) - I feel like she would have great survival skills and would do well in the hunter-gatherer role. I’d be a terrible person if I went hungry...

Advice to younger players looking to develop in the game? - There is no replacement for commitment and hard work in football. Always take on board positive and negative critique from others and use it to develop yourself as a player. And remember, only perfect practise makes perfect.
