Sky Bet Championship ticket information

Children must be four-years-old before attending home fixtures at The City Ground.

Babies in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety.

Ticket prices – Home league games

Match ticket prices vary throughout the season and are usually announced three weeks before the date of the fixture. Apart from the Family Area in the Peter Taylor Stand, there is a standard adult price throughout the stadium, with concessions being allowed for:

- Juniors aged between four and 11 years
- Juniors aged between 12 and 17 years
- Seniors aged 65 years and over

There is no reduction on prices in the Family Stand but it is still a safe and enjoyable area to sit in. Tickets are only available for families with a ratio of no more than two adults for each child aged under 18 and can now be purchased online.

There are occasional promotions throughout the season, such as 'Kids for a Quid' and special adult prices, which are announced nearer the date of the fixture.

Smoke Free Zone

The City Ground is a smoke-free zone. With the exception of areas attached to the Lower Bridgford Stand and the Peter Taylor Stand where smoking is permitted, the no smoking zone will start at entry to the turnstiles and only end when supporters have left the ground via the exit gates.

Supporters are reminded that in accordance with the policy of the club, refunds for match tickets purchased will only be considered if the tickets are received in the Ticket Office 48 hours prior to the kick-off time of the appropriate fixture. In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the re-arranged match and refunds will only be considered if tickets are received in the Ticket Office no later than 24 hours before the kick-off time of the match when eventually played. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain the date and kick-off time of any re-arranged or postponed matches.

The club will not issue duplicate match tickets for individual games in the event of tickets having been lost, destroyed, forgotten or stolen.

If you travel to any away game without a ticket Nottingham Forest FC cannot guarantee that you will get in. You can find out on this page or through the ticket information line on 0115 982 4388 whether there will be tickets available on the day. If there are then please arrive early to give yourself the best chance of getting in. We would always recommend that you buy a ticket in advance of the game.

Certain areas of the stadium may at times be affected by supporters standing for periods during play. If this would affect your enjoyment of the game please contact a member of the ticket office for further assistance before purchasing your ticket.

Disabled Facilities at Nottingham Forest

The club has facilities for wheelchair users, visually-impaired and ambulant disabled supporters.

Should you have mobility problems that require you to use crutches either in the short or long term, please contact the ticket office prior to purchasing your tickets so that you can be allocated a suitable seat from which to watch the game, that has easy access and from where you would be able to exit safely in an emergency.

The City Ground has ten radios for visually-impaired supporters who would like special matchday commentary whilst attending first-team home matches. Please contact the ticket office to book your radio on a match-by-match basis. These radios are available on a first-come first-served basis.

There are disabled parking facilities at The City Ground. However, these are all presently occupied by supporters who are current disabled season ticket holders.

There is a lift for disabled supporters who need to access any specified disabled area not at ground level.

There are also disabled toilet facilities provided.
