Areas open to home supporters in the Lower Bridgford Stand, (Blocks 'Y1', 'Y2' and 'Z') are not available to season card holders aged 4-11, and 'A' Block in the Peter Taylor Stand is not available to season card holders aged 4-11 or aged 12-17. Season cards in Blocks 'RR' and 'F' of the Peter Taylor Stand can only be purchased in conjunction with an ages 4-11 or ages 12-17 season card. For ticket availability in family areas please contact the ticket office on 0115 982 4388.

The age-related concession season cards are subject to your age on 1 August 2017.

Junior Reds membership for the 2017-18 season is £25.

Please note – This year all season cards will be posted out to the address we have on the system and a £1 postage fee will be included in all transactions. You are asked to notify the ticket office immediately via 0115 982 4388 if there have been any changes to the address on your account.

How to claim a free of charge ages 4-11 season card

Free of charge ages 4-11 season cards tickets are not available online. Please visit the ticket office or call the booking line on 0115 982 4388.

Ages 4-11 season cards are available free of charge to all Junior Reds members, at a ratio of one per full-paying adult. If you would like more ages 4-11 season cards than the number of adult season cards you're purchasing, these will cost £70 each, but will include a Junior Reds membership (worth £25) in the package. Ages 4-11 cards must be purchased in the same block and at the same time as the adult card is purchased.

Please contact the ticket office and staff will be able to organise this for you. The Junior Reds membership includes a goody pack as well as a number of other benefits.

If you have already provided the ticket office with an up-to-date proof of date of birth and identity (in the form of either a current passport or birth certificate plus a recent photograph) you should not need to do so again to claim the free of charge ages 4-11 season card.

If you have not provided the ticket office with the required proof, or if any previous documentation provided has expired, you will need to do so before the ages 4-11 season card can be issued.

How to buy

There are three ways to buy your season card:

1 – Online at You may need to activate your online account by entering the following details:

- Your customer number
- Your surname
- Your postcode

2 – In-person at the ticket office. Please ensure the ticket office has your up-to-date address and contact details.

3 – By calling the booking line on 0115 982 4388. Please have your customer number and card details for payment to hand.

How to pay

There are three ways to pay for your 2017-18 season card:

Credit/debit card (please note the club does not accept American Express). There is no additional charge for paying by card.

Cash payments can be made in-person only at the ticket office. Please do not send cash in the post.

The admin fee will be added to the first payment of the payment plan. The ten-month plan is available online at checkout on To opt into the four-month plan, please complete the payment plan application form and return it to the ticket office.

The admin fee of £20 (for four-month plan) or £35 (for ten-month plan) will be added for each season card purchased. However, an adult or senior wishing to purchase season cards for children may apply for a maximum of two ages 4-11 or ages 12-17 season cards per adult/senior season card, and will only be required to pay one admin fee.

Nottingham Forest reserves the right to cancel the season ticket if the appropriate funds are not received from Zebra Finance.

Nottingham Forest reserve the right to amend any incorrect prices, and either charge or refund the difference, as appropriate.

Buying your age-related concession season card online

If you have already provided written proof of your identity and date of birth to the ticket office, in the form of a copy of either your current passport, photo card driving licence or birth certificate plus a recent passport-style photograph, you will be able to renew your age-related season card online at If you are purchasing a new age-related concession season card online, and your activated account doesn't hold information on your identity and date of birth, your card will not be issued until the appropriate proof (described above) has been presented to the ticket office.

Can't attend a match?

If you know of a game that you will not be able to attend, and would like a friend or family member to attend the game instead, please present your season card to the ticket office where a match ticket of the same age band and same seat can be issued instead. It is strongly recommended that you do not hand over your season card to another person to use as this may compromise the user on the day. If you need to upgrade the age category of the match ticket for the match you cannot attend, you must do so in the ticket office.

Lost, stolen or damaged season card

There is a £20 fee payable to replace lost/damaged/stolen season cards. Please contact the ticket office straightaway.

I have forgotten my season card for today's game?

Should you forget you season card on the day of a game you will need to visit the ticket office to have a match ticket printed for you. A £5 non-refundable admin fee will be charged accordingly.

Changing your seat

If you wish, you can move to a different seat in the stadium for any single game up to four times within the season at no extra cost; this can be done either in person at the ticket office or via the booking line, but not online, and a new match ticket will be issued for your chosen game. Should you wish to do so beyond four occasions, there will be an admin fee of £8 per game.

You can also move to a different seat in the stadium for the remainder of the season, however should the cost of a season card in the alternative area be greater than that from where you are moving, you will be required to pay the difference in price, pro-rata for the remaining games in the season.

Reporting anti-social behaviour

Should you have a problem in the stadium with anti-social behaviour, the club would like to hear about it immediately. Text 60066, starting your message with 'forest'. The control room will receive the message within one minute and staff will monitor the situation immediately.

Ground regulations

Failure to abide by the ground regulations (displayed around the stadium, in the ticket office, online or by calling 0115 982 4444) may result in your season card being confiscated. You are reminded that persistent standing in seated areas is a breach of the ground regulations and you are therefore asked to remain seated at all times during the game. The club are keen to maintain very high standards of behaviour in order to attract and retain supporters. The positive action taken is to ensure that you can fully enjoy your matchday experience.

The club reserves the right to restrict the sale of cards/tickets at any time.

Should any supporter be found trying to enter the stadium using a concession card/ticket to which they are not entitled, their card/ticket will be seized without recompense.

Blind or partially sighted

If you are a blind or partially-sighted supporter, you can take advantage of the exclusive matchday commentary provided by a specially trained commentator. Headsets are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 for further details. There is no charge for this facility.

Supporters with a disability

If, as a supporter with a disability you are unable to attend matches alone, and you are entitled to the higher level of either disability living allowance (DLA), or attendance allowance (A/A), or the enhanced rate of personal independence payment (PIP), you may apply for an additional season card for a personal assistant. In such cases the club may issue this additional card as a concession.

Very young supporters

Children must be aged four and over before attending home fixtures at The City Ground. Babes in arms and children in buggies will not be admitted for their own safety. Supporters under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Stand and area closures

The club reserve the right to close certain areas of the ground, other than the Peter Taylor Stand, for certain cup matches. Alternative seating will be made available on such occasions.
