Following Forest on the road - loyalty points

Last season, Nottingham Forest introduced a fairer policy with which to prioritise tickets for away fixtures where demand for tickets will far outweigh the number available to our supporters.

What is the loyalty points system for?

The loyalty points priority system will only be in place for fixtures where demand has always remained higher than the number of tickets. This may include high profile league and cup fixtures or matches where the allocation available is much lower than might be anticipated.

The allocation of tickets available to Nottingham Forest can vary for all fixtures away from home. Once again, there are over 20,000 season card holders this season, so it is always likely that demand will exceed the number tickets that we receive.

On such occasions, we believe that the supporters who have regularly attended away games should be rewarded with access to tickets before others. To make this happen, we rewarded all existing season card holders with 1 point for every away match that they attended during the 2018-19 Sky Bet Championship season, as well as away fixtures that they attend over the course of the 2019-20 season.

Having played 25 away fixtures across the course of the 2018-19 season, the maximum number of loyalty points a season card holder can have started the current campaign with is 25 points.

How priority works – an example

As part of the membership package that they have signed up to, season card holders who have upgraded to include away membership will always be given priority to buy away tickets ahead of other season card holders, regardless of the number of loyalty points they have accrued.

After the away members' priority window, season card holders will be given the opportunity to secure tickets based upon the number of loyalty points that they have accrued. Should tickets still remain available, tickets will typically be offered to NFFC members before general sale.

However, in the case of cup fixtures, we will also introduce a phase which takes into consideration the number of cup games a non-season card holder has also attended:

Priority One: Away Members

Priority Two: Season card holders with 7+ Loyalty Points

Priority Three: Season card holders with 5+ Loyalty Points

Priority Four: Season card holders with 3+ Loyalty Points

Priority Five: Season card holders with 2+ Loyalty Points

Priority Six: Season card holders with 1+ Loyalty Points

Priority Seven: All other Season card holders

Priority Eight: NFFC members

Priority Nine: Supporters with a previous booking history during the current season

How to check your loyalty points balance

The easiest way to check out how many ticket you have is to click and sign-in to your online account. Once logged on, you will see your loyalty points balance displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

If you do not have access to the internet, simply call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 or ask at the ticket office when you are next in the area.

Season card holders are encouraged to check how many loyalty points they have before visiting/calling the ticket office to avoid the disappointment of being unable to purchase.
