Bulgarian goalkeeper Dimitar Evtimov will be hoping to push himself into Mark Warburton's thoughts during the upcoming pre-season schedule and challenge for the number one spot.
The 23-year-old spent the first half of the season on loan at Portuguese side SC Olhanense where he made 10 appearances before returning to The City Ground in January.
Evtimov then provided back-up for Jordan Smith during the second half of the campaign following the injury to Stephen Henderson and will be aiming to get into contention for a place between the sticks during pre-season.
In the earlier stages of his career, Evtimov enjoyed loan spells with both Nuneaton and Mansfield Town and has also made two apperances for Forest at senior levels away at Leeds United and Sheffield Wednesday.
The Bulgarian was named LFE Apprentice of the Year at the 2012-13 Football League Awards in recognition of his tremendous work both on and off the field.
He has also received international recognition after being capped by Bulgaria at Under 19 and Under 21 levels.
