Nottingham Forest completed the signing of Scotland international defender Scott McKenna for an undisclosed fee from Aberdeen on 23rd September 2020.
The 23-year-old came through the ranks at Pittodrie and made his professional debut for The Dons as a late substitute in a 4-3 win at St Johnstone in February 2016.
McKenna went on to make 118 appearances for the club, including in the Europa League, and claimed the Player of the Year award in 2017-18, his first full season with the club having previously enjoyed loan spells at Ayr United and Alloa Athletic.
The central defender made his international debut for Scotland against Costa Rica in March 2018 and has since made 15 further appearacnes for his country, most recently in the 2-1 win in the Czech Republic earlier in September.
