Versatile defender Michael Mancienne is now approaching his fourth season with Nottingham Forest and has been an integral part of the side since his arrival in 2014.
An often composed and classy player who can be utilised in defence or midfield, the 29-year-old made 30 apperances for The Reds during the 2016-17 campaign and is a hugely-reliable member of the first-team squad.
After finding game time limited during his time at Chelsea, Mancienne made two separate loan moves to Queens Park Rangers and featured 61 times for the Loftus Road side.
The defender's time in West London aided his development and he made another loan move, this time to Wolves, helping the Molineux outfit achieve promotion to the Premier League in the 2009-10 campaign.
After suffering a thigh injury which kept him out for three months, Mancienne returned to help Wolves avoid relegation before signing a four-year deal with Hamburg in May 2011. He made 51 appearances for the German side before arriving at The City Ground.
