The midfielder joined the Club in August 2024 following stints at Lewes, Brighton & Hove Albion, Charlton Athletic and Crystal Palace.

Olding has clocked up over 30 appearances in the Garibaldi and played a key role in the 2024/25 title-winning campaign.

In May 2025, Olding was named Forest Women’s Mental Health Ambassador; actively taking part in a number of the Community Trust’s mental health programmes.
