Defender Cook joined Forest in January 2022 following a ten-year stint at Bournemouth.

The 31-year-old was born in Hastings and first featured professionaly for Brighton & Hove Albion before making the switch to The Cherries in 2011.

Over 400 appearances and a spell in the Premier League later, Cook signed for The Reds and helped achieve promotion at Wembley in May.
