Nottingham Forest would like to advise season card holders participating in the rolling refund scheme that the latest monthly refunds have now been processed.
The refunds cover the four home matches scheduled for December 2020.
The refunds should take 7-10 days to be credited to your original payment source, such as your bank account or credit card.
If you have not received your refund by close of business on Wednesday 10th February, please contact the ticket office by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Supporters who chose the iFollow & ticket ballot option will receive an update to their online ticket office account early next week. Log on to your account here.
