Update on season card refund process

Nottingham Forest would like to inform season card holders who selected the rolling refund option, and who paid on a card, that they should now have their September refund in their bank account.

The small number of season card holders who selected rolling refunds and who paid with cash or cheque are asked to contact the ticket office (via email at tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk) with their bank details.

Season card holders who requested a full refund, and who paid on a card, should now have received their full refund.

Once again, the small number of season card holders who requested a full refund and who paid with cash or cheque are asked to contact the ticket office (via email at tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk), quoting their customer number(s), names, bank account name, sort code and bank account number.

It would be irresponsible for the club to handle cheques at this current time and therefore politely ask for the above supporters to contact the ticket office with their bank details to ensure a payment can be made.

Season card holders who paid through Premium Credit Finance should be aware that the club are working with PCL to provide the most streamlined process for refunding. The club will communicate directly with those supporters to give them their options once agreed with PCL.

Supporters who haven't received their expected refund, of any nature, by Friday 13th November are asked to email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk so this can be investigated.
