Nottingham Forest need to put teams under more pressure at home according to midfielder Ryan Yates as The Reds get set to welcome Wycombe Wanderers.
The Reds picked up their first home win of the season in midweek against Coventry and Yates wants to be dominating games at The City Ground.
He said: “It was a massive win for us in midweek, almost a monkey off our backs and with games coming thick and fast, it has to be another three points on Saturday.
“At home, we need to be dominating possession and creating the chances like we did against Rotherham, with chance after chance. Obviously we didn’t get the win that day, but to get that attacking threat back and I’m sure we will get the win.
“You can win a game of football in so many different ways. In midweek we won it by a clever bit of movement off the second ball. There are so many different ways but at a club like Nottingham Forest, we need to be sustaining attack after attack and teams will crumble here.
“In that Rotherham game, we came so close. I hit the bar, Lolley’s hit the post and the ball flashing across the area. In midweek, I couldn’t recall them being put under pressure with a corner, throw in, and it wasn’t happening but we got the win and that’s all that matters.”
