Team news: Derby vs Forest

3 July 2020

The latest from the Nottingham Forest dressing room as they get set to face Derby County in the East Midlands derby on Saturday (kick-off 12.30pm).

Sabri Lamouchi has no injury concerns ahead of the trip to Pride Park, with plenty of options to choose from to try and keep The Reds' momentum going.

Matty Cash and Ryan Yates both took whacks to the head during the win against Bristol City in midweek, but both are available for selection. As is Joe Lolley, who came off at half-time in that victory and is fully fit.

Samba Sow made a return to the side from the substitutes' bench against The Robins and will be pushing for a starting berth against The Rams.

Opposition team news

Derby boss Phillip Cocu is waiting to see if defender Jayden Bogle will be available for selection after he was forced off in the 1-0 win at Preston with a knee problem.

Tom Lawrence serves the second of a three-match ban following his red card at the end of last Saturday's 2-1 home win over Reading, while defender Andre Wisdom will not be available after he was the victim of an unprovoked assault and robbery at the weekend. He sustained injuries which resulted in him being admitted to hospital.

Jack Marriott and Krystian Bielik remain long-term absentees.
