Nottingham Forest head coach Sabri Lamouchi knows that the pressure is on for both teams as The Reds get set to face Barnsley on Sunday.
Both teams go into the weekend knowing that a win is vitally important, but also knowing that other results on Saturday could seal their fate.
A win for Forest would seal a play-off spot, while Barnsley will need all three points to keep their survival hopes alive.
Lamouchi said: “The pressure is here, the pressure is for a lot of teams in all of the games and it is exactly the same for us. We need to get the result there.
“First of all, it is about what we do but we will check the results the day before.
“The players need to not only stay calm, but they have to do what they have done until now. They work with this spirit and this determination because at the end, they know what they can do.
“What we have done in one year now, we have two weeks or three weeks with a lot of things to play for.”
Barnsley put in a spirited performance at Leeds on Thursday night, only to lose 1-0, and Lamouchi is expecting The Tykes to come out fighting on Sunday.
He said: “They will never give up, they will try and believe until the last moment, so we will play a tough game. Yesterday was difficult for Leeds, they changed many things but also the opponent did. Barnsley are a team that played well, so they will be angry and they will want to fight until the last moment to stay in this league.
“They changed their system but they have some very interesting players, they are young and one of the youngest teams in the league. They have scored many goals so they are dangerous.”
