Nottingham Forest are hoping to transfer their strong run of form into their Emirates FA Cup third-round tie at Chelsea on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 2.01pm).
Attached is some important information for supporters making the journey to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea have created this handy away supporters' guide which Forest fans may find useful ahead of their trip to West London.
Don’t forget to take your tickets
Make sure you have the paper tickets you have received/collected with you before leaving for the game. You will need to present these at the turnstiles to access the stadium.
Collecting pre-paid tickets
Supporters can collect their pre-paid tickets from the main ticket office at The City Ground until 4pm on Saturday.
The ticket office is closed on Sunday, so all uncollected tickets will be sent to Chelsea on Sunday for collection from the ticket office located at back of the Shed End (South Stand) at Stamford Bridge from 12.30pm on Sunday.
If your tickets haven't arrived in the post
Please call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 immediately and before 4pm on Saturday, to organise for duplicates to be printed and left for collection from the ticket office located at back of the Shed End (South Stand) at Stamford Bridge from 12.30pm on Sunday.
Please note that all supporters collecting pre-paid tickets & duplicates must provide Forest with the NAME OF THE PERSON COLLECTING THESE TICKETS and this person MUST SHOW THEIR OWN VALID PHOTO ID WHEN COLLECTING THESE TICKETS.
Chelsea will NOT release tickets to any supporter who fails to comply with this instruction. Failure to do so is at the risk of the supporter, as it will result in the tickets being held back by Chelsea FC. In such cases, NO REFUNDS will be given.
If you have requested duplicate tickets but the originals do arrive in the post, you must still collect and use the duplicate tickets that you have requested rather than the originals.
Upgrading your tickets
Chelsea will not be allowing any upgrades on the day. All upgrades must be done by contacting the Forest ticket office on 0115 982 4388 or in-person, and you must then collect a new ticket at Stamford Bridge.
Official coach travel
Our official supporters coaches are due to depart from the Brian Clough Stand car park for the Stamford Bridge at 8.45am. There is limited car parking available for you here, so please get to The City Ground as early as you can to secure parking and make sure you don’t miss the coach!
Your seat is on a designated coach which is displayed on your travel ticket, so please refer to that to know which coach you are travelling on.
If you haven't received your travel tickets, you will still be able to travel. Simply report to the coach stewards in the Brian Clough car park on Sunday morning for advice.
Get there early
Please don't leave things to chance and get there too late. Traffic congestion, queues at the turnstiles or problems with your ticket may delay you being in your seat for kick-off, so plan your journey before you leave for the game.
