Nottingham Forest head coach Sabri Lamouchi said it will be a different contest when Reading visit The City Ground tomorrow night.

The Reds only faced The Royals 10 days ago at the Madejski Stadium and Lamouchi is expecting another tough match.

He said: “We played against Reading 10 days ago, so it is not an easy situation. They will probably play patiently, to play on the counter attack. They have good players, like Meite, Ejaria, Adam and Swift, they are a good team and have had good results but in the last game away they lost.

“The last game against them was really tough for us, not only on the pitch but for the emotion at the end, and it is a different situation as we play at home. At home, we must give the best performance for the best result.

“We need to be more creative in the last third to create chances and disturb them more. I was happy with the first half against Reading before, I was happy until the 96th minute and unfortunately we came back with one point.

“I said immediately after that game it was a fair result, but now it is a different game, a different situation and it is important for us to start the game in the right way.”

Lamouchi is keen for the fans to continue backing the team in great numbers, but knows they must produce a performance if they are to win and climb up to third in the table.

He said: “From the beginning, our fans are behind us. They will be behind us more and more because we want to bring them with us. The players are doing a fantastic job; what they have done until now is unbelievable.

“But the past is the past, we have to focus on what we can do until the end. We want, and we need, them and their support until May.

“It is a fantastic opportunity for us if we win, but that is it, if we win. We just need to focus on the performance. I do not think we have more pressure, nobody would have imagined this situation one or two months ago. We are lucky to play this game at home, we are in a great moment so we have to enjoy it and keep going.”
