Preparations stepped up a notch for this weekend's game against Queens Park Rangers as the Nottingham Forest players took to the training pitch this morning.
Sabri Lamouchi's side were put through their paces as The Reds look to secure a vital three points in front of a packed City Ground crowd on the weekend.
