Nottingham Forest Sabri Lamouchi was thrilled by his side's performance in their 2-0 victory over Leeds United at The City Ground.
Goals from Sammy Ameobi and Tyler Walker earned Forest all three points on an incredible night on Trentside and after last weekend's disappointment at Birmingham, Lamouchi was delighted by the response from his players.
Speaking after the game, he said: "I am really proud of the players tonight. A week is long time in football because last week I really upset with them and now I love them. They made the fans and I so proud and you could tell because the atmosphere all night was absolutely amazing.
"It might sound a bit harsh but we should have finished the game off sooner. We had a fantastic chance through Lewis Grabban but I can't complain about him because he worked so hard for the team and he has been unbelievable this season. I don't think was any doubt that we deserved this victory.
"Now we need to produce the same performance against Charlton on Tuesday night and get the same result. It was a massive result and performance against a good team tonight but nothing has been achieved yet. We just need to believe in ourselves more and show this sort of character.
"It will be a very different game on Tuesday night because Charlton are a good team who have different qualities to Leeds. We just need to concentrate on ourselves, to play with this kind of character and quality and we will have a good chance of getting three points."
