Joe Lolley is hoping that Nottingham Forest can come away with a result as they head to table-topping West Brom tomorrow.
The Reds face The Baggies in an exciting clash on Saturday lunchtime and Lolley is keen to test himself against one of the best sides in the league.
He said: “We have got a good squad, we have a lot of good players so anyone is capable of playing so hopefully against West Brom it will be a positive performance whoever takes to the field.
“We just need to make sure that we are prepared right, they are top of the league for a reason so it is going to be a difficult game.
“They have a lot of good players, especially going forward, so their midfield and strike force has a lot of quality. We know they are going to dominate the ball so it is on us to soak that pressure up, find their weaknesses and exploit them while making ourselves difficult to beat like we have done in a lot of games this season.”
Lolley’s form has seen an upturn in recent weeks, with recognition in the shape of a nomination for the Championship Player of the Month award, but he wants to keep on performing to a high level to help the team.
He said: “It has been better so hopefully I can continue it. To be honest, at this stage I would just rather keep winning games and moving the team higher up the league. If I am scoring or assisting or helping the team in anyway, it is a bonus.
“If I can continue that and others keep their form then I am sure we will have a chance.”
