The latest from the Nottingham Forest dressing room as The Reds get set to face Watford on Wednesday night.
Chris Hughton has confirmed that Jack Colback will be missing for The Reds having come off with an injury in the defeat against Swansea on the weekend.
The midfielder was on the end of a heavy challenge and Hughton waits to find out how long he will be out for.
He said: "Jack will miss the game, he is quite sore at the moment.
"On the challenge itself, having seen it again, I can understand the referee not giving the free kick because the lad did play the ball but there was a hefty follow-through.
"At the moment, he is a little bit sore and we will assess that over the next few days but he will miss tomorrow."
Several players making their comeback from injury are edging closer to a return, with Joe Worrall, Tyler Blackett, Fouad Bachirou, Michael Dawson, Samba Sow and Lewis Grabban all featuring in training.
Hughton said: "We are still assessing the others, it may be too soon for them.
"When you have a squad that is training, you have to assess each individual case and some may be ready at a quicker stage than others. One thing is good is to have them back on the training pitch, and it has made the little bit of training that we have been able to do competitive with a lot of bodies."
Opposition team news
Watford could have Tom Cleverley, Will Hughes and Adam Masina to call upon once again as the trio returned to training following injury, although head coach Vladimir Ivic said Wednesday's game may come too soon for them to feature.
Andre Gray will miss out having been injured in Saturday's win over Preston at Vicarage Road, as will three players who continue to self-isolate following a positive Covid-19 test.
