The latest from the Nottingham Forest dressing room ahead of Tuesday night's match against Sheffield Wednesday.
Anthony Knockaert and Tobias Figueiredo will both miss the game as they serve one-game suspensions. Knockaert was sent off late on against Brentford on the weekend for a second yellow card, while Figueiredo collected his fifth booking of the season.
That means that Loic Mbe Soh or Michael Dawson could deputise for Figueiredo as Scott McKenna is still out injured.
Chris Hughton said: "Mckenna will miss out again, he is not too far away but hasn’t really done enough to come into contention.
"Dawson being out [of the squad on Saturday] was just a numbers one with Loic, they are both in the squad and I have a decision to make with them.
"For anyone who has been out of the team, that opportunity will come again at some stage and it is about making that opportunity stick."
Lewis Grabban could also be involved for the first time since recovering from injury as he has trained with the first team over the past couple of days, with Hughton having a decision to make over his fitness.
Fouad Bachirou is nearing a return, but Jack Colback and Luke Freeman remain on the longer-term injury list with Freeman undergoing a successful hernia operation last week.
Opposition team news
Sheffield Wednesday were dealt a blow as Dominic Iorfa was ruled out for six months following a ruptured achilles in Saturday's game against Barnsley.
They did have a welcome boost though as Chey Dunkley made his long-awaited debut for The Owls in that defeat at Hillsborough, overcoming a double leg break back in February while playing for former club Wigan.
Julian Borner failed to recover from a head injury to be fit at the weekend but could be involved on Tuesday, with Kieren Westwood also nearing a return to add to Wednesday's goalkeeper options.
