Nottingham Forest are thrilled to announce that UK Meds will continue as back of shirt and trainingwear partners ahead of the 2020-21 season.
In what is an extension of the original club-record deal for a partnership of this kind, the UK Meds logo will appear on the back of all adult replica shirts and first-team shirts, as well as on the first team allocation of trainingwear.
As a pioneering family business, UK Meds is an online pharmacy which is using the latest technology to revolutionise the provision of medications to the general public. They will continue to utilise their partnership with Nottingham Forest to help build nationwide exposure and brand awareness, as well as driving traffic to their website www.ukmeds.co.uk.
Since first launching their partnership with the club, Nottingham-based UK Meds have gone on to win a wide range of industry awards including Fastest Growing Family Business at the Family Business Awards, as well as Fastest Growth award at the East Midlands Business Masters.
UK Meds also generously teamed up with NFFC in May to help donate over 7,000 pieces of PPE to the Nottingham CityCare Partnership, a local health services provider helping with Nottingham's fight against the coronavirus.
David Cook, Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We are delighted to be extending our close partnership with UK Meds ahead of the 2020-21 season. The continued support for The Reds from Joe and Mason Soiza and the wider UK Meds team has been fantastic.
"When we first announced this partnership, I spoke about UK Meds’ large-scale ambitions and how we as a club are focussed on helping local businesses achieve such goals, and therefore it’s been tremendous to see how their organisation has grown rapidly over the last year.
"We look forward to renewing this partnership into a new season as we both push towards a continued upwards curve in the 12 months ahead.”
Joe Soiza, from UK Meds, said: “UK Meds are excited to continue our strong relationship with Nottingham Forest in to its second year. As supporters ourselves, we shared the disappointment of the club missing out on reaching the play-offs at the very least but we are committed to partnering with the club ahead of another promotion push in season 2020-21.
"The UK Meds business has continued to go from strength to strength over the past 12 months and partnering with a club the size of Forest continues to build our brand awareness across the country. We are very proud of our Nottingham roots and look forward to engaging with the fans across the season.”
