Nottingham Forest and everyone connected with the club understands the gravity of the situation facing us at this time and over the past few weeks the club have been looking at measures which can reduce pressure upon supporters.
With the current uncertainty created by COVID-19, the club have decided to extend the renewals deadline for 2020-21 season cards indefinitely until the situation is clearer.
All supporters who hold a season card for the 2019-20 season and have yet to renew will be given a prolonged extension period to renew ahead of the following campaign.
Whilst we appreciate the deadline for season card holders in the Brian Clough Stand, Trent End and Bridgford End officially closed on 20th March, this indefinite deadline extension will also include supporters from these areas of the stadium who have not had the opportunity to renew due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
However, anyone who chooses to renew over the next few weeks will still have the opportunity to do so online by visiting www.eticketing.co.uk/nottinghamforest.
In accordance with UK government guidelines, the ticket office and its phonelines are currently closed but, should you require help or guidance, supporters are urged to email email@example.com for assistance.
Further information, as well as a more definitive renewals deadline date, will be issued as the situation surrounding COVID-19 becomes clearer, although guidance will be issued chiefly the EFL, The FA and the UK government.
