It’s a big weekend on Trentside as Nottingham Forest welcome Reading to The City Ground on Saturday looking to get back to winning ways (kick-off 3pm).
Tickets are still available for this Championship clash, priced from just £25 for adults and £5 for 4-11-year-olds.
Tickets can be purchased online at tickets.nottinghamforest.co.uk and by selecting the ‘print-at-home’ option, you can print off your PDF match tickets (which display a barcode).
Please ensure you print these PDF tickets at home before arriving at the stadium. Presenting the tickets on your mobile phone will not work.
Tickets can also be purchased in-person at the ticket office or by calling 0115 982 4388 and must now be collected from the main ticket office.
If your tickets have not yet arrived - please call the ticket office before 12pm on Saturday to organise for duplicates to be printed.
If you purchased your tickets online - log-in to your account and check that you haven’t selected 'print-at-home'. If you have, you will need to print these off. If you don’t have access to a printer, give the ticket office a call to have paper tickets printed for you instead.
If you are an NFFC member and have a member card - log-in to your account or call the ticket office to check if your ticket has been uploaded onto your member card instead.
Wherever possible, please call ahead to organise to have duplicate tickets made ready for collection to avoid you and other supporters being delayed while we reprint your tickets on-the-spot.
Collecting pre-paid tickets
Supporters can collect their pre-paid tickets from the main ticket office until 12.45pm on matchday but early collection is strongly advised.
From 1pm, ticket collections will be relocated to the collections office which is situated at the corner of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End.
Advice for season card holders
Season card holders are reminded their cards are activated for this fixture and are urged, wherever possible, to arrive at the stadium at least 45 minutes prior to kick-off to ensure that their season card works.
Season card holders who arrive at The City Ground on matchday and realise that they have forgotten their season card are advised to visit the main ticket office or Brian Clough ticket office where a replacement match ticket will be printed.
If you find that your ticket/card does not work in the turnstiles, please locate the nearest member of our ‘here-to-help’ squad, who will be on hand to assist you in getting into the stadium as smoothly as possible.
Members of the ‘here-to-help’ squad are easy to spot in their fluorescent pink high-visibility jackets.
Buying or collecting for other games?
If you would to purchase or collect tickets for any other Forest game which is currently on sale, you will be able to do so at the main ticket office between 9am and 1pm on matchday.
This will ensure that supporters who need assistance for the Hull game can be prioritised and ensures that they do not miss kick-off. Alternatively, you can visit the ticket office after the final whistle.
