Nottingham Forest supporters are advised to read the following ticket information ahead of Saturday's trip to Bristol City.
The full allocation of 2,320 tickets for Forest supporters has sold out so Reds fans are advised not to travel to the game without having a match ticket in their possession.
Bristol City have also confirmed that they will not be able to perform ticket upgrades on matchday so if you would like to upgrade your ticket (for example from a junior to an adult) ahead of matchday, please contact the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 for advice.
If you are planning to collect pre-paid tickets from the Forest ticket office, it will be open until 6pm on Friday or alternatively they can be collected between 9am and 9.30am on Saturday, after which they will be sent to Bristol City for collection.
If your tickets for the game have still not arrived, please contact the Forest ticket office immediately to organise duplicate tickets to be made available for you to collect at Ashton Gate.
Otherwise, you can call the ticket office from 9am until 2pm on Saturday to organise duplicate tickets to be printed and made available to collect at Ashton Gate.
All ticket collections and duplicate tickets can be collected at the away turnstiles in the Atyeo Stand at Ashton Gate from 1.45pm on matchday.
