Matchday information: Forest vs Derby County

8 November 2019

The East Midlands derby takes place at The City Ground on Saturday lunchtime so make sure you are matchday ready with all the latest information...

There is an early kick-off for the derby, at 12.30pm, and as a sold-out fixture, supporters are advised not to come to The City Ground unless they already have a ticket.

For supporters who have already purchased a ticket and are preparing for the game, please remember the following...

Match ticket purchasers

Supporters should have received their paper ticket but if they have not arrived in the post or have been misplaced, please call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 before 6pm on Friday or 10.30am on Saturday to organise for duplicates to be printed for collection.

Print-at-home purchasers

Supporters must print off their PDF match tickets before arriving at the stadium. For supporters with no printer access, please give the ticket office a call on Friday to have paper tickets printed instead.

To check whether the print-at-home option was selected, log-in to the online ticket account and check purchases to see which delivery method was chosen.

Please remember that presenting print-at-home barcodes at the turnstiles on a mobile phone will not work.

NFFC members

NFFC members who purchased a ticket for this game should have had access uploaded directly onto their member card. However, members who have received a paper ticket instead should bring this with them to gain access. For any queries, please call the ticket office on Friday for advice.

Collecting pre-paid tickets

Supporters can collect their pre-paid tickets from the main ticket office until 6pm on Friday or before 10.30am on Saturday and early collection is strongly advised.

From 10.45am on Saturday, all ticket collections will be relocated to the collections office which is situated at the corner of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End.

Advice for season card holders

Season card holders are reminded their cards are activate for this fixture and are urged, wherever possible, to arrive at the stadium at least 45 minutes prior to kick-off to ensure their season card works.

Season card holders who arrive at The City Ground on matchday and realise they have forgotten their season card are advised to visit the main ticket office or the Brian Clough Stand ticket office where a replacement match ticket will be printed.

If there any problems at the turnstiles, please locate the nearest member of the ‘here-to-help’ squad, who will be on hand to assist in getting into the stadium as smoothly as possible.

Members of the ‘here-to-help’ squad are easy to spot in their fluorescent pink high-visibility jackets.

Buying or collecting for other games?

Supporters looking to purchase or collect tickets for any other game currently on sale will only be able to do so at the main ticket office between 9am and 11.30am prior to kick-off. This will ensure supporters who need assistance for the Derby game can be prioritised and they do not miss kick-off.

Alternatively, the ticket office will be open after the final whistle until 4pm to visit.
