Nottingham Forest defender Yohan Benalouane says The Reds must bounce back quickly from Saturday's 2-0 loss at Stoke City.
The Tunisian was frustrated with the manner of Forest's defeat at the bet365 Stadium but insists they must recover quickly ahead of another vital game against Hull City at The City Ground next weekend.
Speaking after the game, he said: "It's a disappointing result but we have to keep going. We'll get back into training and work on the errors we made today and then think about the next game against Hull because it is important and we need the three points.
"It was difficult with the wind but the pitch was beautiful so I think if we'd kept the ball on the floor then it would have been easier. They were tough conditions to play it but they were okay, it is not an excuse for us.
"Every game is a battle and today was another true battle. Our focus now has to be on the Hull game and picking up three points at home again. We always take one game at a time and our concentration is now on that game.
"I don't think the Derby game affected our performance today. Once that game was finished, it was finished so we came here focused on getting another three points but unfortunately we couldn't and that's football."
