Matty Cash is delighted to be back out on the pitch and is raring to go as Nottingham Forest welcome Swansea City to The City Ground this afternoon.
The midfielder made his return from injury before the international break and is keen to get back involved and help reward the fans for their amazing support.
He said: "It is really good to be back. It was brilliant to be back out on the pitch and being involved again.
"I played two or three games with the injury then it got to the point when it was just too painful to play. It was frustrating having four weeks or so out at a crucial time but I am back now and ready to kick on.
"We are three points off the play-offs at the moment. We now have eight massive games and we need the crowd, the players and everyone together and have a real go at it.
"The support has been unbelievable. Every game at home is selling out and it helps us loads, especially when they get right behind us. It helps us, when we score and when we are pushing for a goal they can really make the difference.
"That is what we want, everyone together and we are so close to it. It will be a great achievement to get to the Premier League so we need to stay strong as a unit and keep pushing each other on."
