Preview: Under 23s vs Bournemouth

Nottingham Forest Under 23s entertain AFC Bournemouth at The City Ground in the Premier League Cup Round of 16 this afternoon (kick-off 1pm).

The Reds are unbeaten so far in the competition after winning five and drawing one of their six group games, securing top spot in Group D.

Their opponents finished second in Group C and will provide difficult opposition for The Reds after securing impressive wins over Burnley, who finished top of the group, and West Bromwich Albion to seal their place in the next round.

Jimmy Gilligan's side are unbeaten in their last nine games in all competitions and will be hopinng to secure their place in the next round.

Admission is free to all supporters with seating available in the lower tier of the Brian Clough Stand.
