Nottingham Forest defender Jack Robinson says The Reds can only afford to focus on Saturday’s game at Stoke City.
The Reds have a tricky trip to the bet365 Stadium on Saturday and Robinson says the squad is in confident mood following the excellent victory over Derby County on Monday night.
He said: “We've had new lads coming into the team so they've had to settle in quickly but we've got a balanced back four now and it seems to have settled us down as team. We've looked more comfortable in games and that's back-to-back clean sheets now.
"I enjoyed playing at centre-half but you can get forward a lot more by playing at left-back and get more involved in the game. To be fair, I just enjoy playing my football and I'll always try and do a job wherever I'm asked to play.
"The Championship is a tough league and you have to keep grafting to get the results. We've put ourselves in a good position as the end of the season approaches and it's just about trying to grind out the wins as the games take on more importance.”
Forest face a Stoke side who have struggled for consistency so far this season but Robinson says he and his teammates are in no doubt about the danger that Nathan Jones’s side possess.
He said: "We're not concentrating on the play-offs, we're just taking it game by game. Getting positive results away from home is vital and if we keep doing that then we'll see where we lie in the league table in the final few weeks of the season.
"Teams like Stoke can pull a win from anywhere. The main thing is that we concentrate on ourselves and our performances and the league table will tell the story at the end of the season."
