Big crowd expected for Palace friendly

18 July 2019

With a big crowd expected for Friday night’s pre-season friendly against Crystal Palace, supporters are advised to secure their tickets as soon as possible as Nottingham Forest return to The City Ground.

2019-20 season card holders can still attend this game FREE OF CHARGE but must call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 or visit in-person prior to matchday to secure a paper ticket for this fixture. Season cards will not be activated for this game and will not work, meaning any supporter attempting to use their season card will unfortunately be turned away from the turnstiles and redirected to the ticket office to obtain a paper ticket instead.

Non-season card holders can still purchase tickets for this fixture, priced at £10 for adults and £5 for all concessions, although only seats in the lower tiers of the stadium are available as we look to enhance the matchday atmosphere.

Tickets can be purchased by calling 0115 982 4388 or by visiting tickets.nottinghamforest.co.uk.

Ticket collections

Tickets purchased after 3pm on Wednesday will now been made available on a collections-only basis from the ticket office. Alternatively, supporters who choose to purchase tickets online have the additional option to select the print-at-home facility with handy guidance on how to do this found at the bottom of this page.

Supporters whose preference has been to collect their tickets are asked to do so as early as possible in order to avoid long queues on matchday and to prevent them and other fans from missing kick-off.

Tickets can be collected directly from the main ticket office from 9am on Thursday until 5.45pm on Friday before they are relocated to the Brian Clough Stand collections office at 6pm on Friday. This collection point is situated at the corner of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End.

Supporters with accessible seating needs

Supporters who are registered as having accessible seating requirements with Nottingham Forest can claim a Disabled Companion seat providing that they are entitled to the high rate of Disabled Living Allowance for either care or mobility, the high rate of Attendance Allowance or the Enhanced Rate of Personal Independence Payment.

Matchday hospitality

If you are looking to enjoy a special night at The City Ground, then don't forget that hospitality packages for the game are available.

Prices start from just £30 (+VAT) per person and details can be found by visiting the commercial website or by calling 0115 982 4450 for more details.

There is already limited availability for this game, so supporters interested in taking advantage of our hospitality packages for this fixture are urged to buy now.

Print-at-home

Nottingham Forest now operate a print-at-home service for supporters to utilise when purchasing tickets. Below is a handy video to explain the system.
