Nottingham Forest are aware that there may have been delays with the delivery of tickets to supporters over the past week for tonight’s pre-season friendly against Crystal Palace.
The volume of calls received by the ticket office yesterday has raised the issue and the club would strongly advise supporters to contact the ticket office immediately on 0115 982 4388 to organise duplicate tickets if their tickets have not arrived by 1pm on Friday.
The club would like to reassure all supporters that every ticket purchased and made available for post before 3pm on Wednesday 17th July has been posted as requested, with the bulk of tickets sent for delivery before Friday 12th July. Since then, all tickets purchased for the game have been sent for delivery at daily intervals and every effort has been made to ensure that tickets are in supporters' possession ahead of this evening’s game.
If you have previously contacted the ticket office to report your tickets lost but your tickets have subsequently arrived in the post, please note that you must now destroy any tickets which you have received and collect your duplicate tickets as previously arranged. In the process of reprinting your duplicate tickets, your previously posted tickets have now been deactivated and will not permit entry into the stadium. Collecting your duplicate tickets will ensure that you enter the stadium in a timely manner ahead of kick-off.
The club sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused and hope that this does not impact supporters' experience this evening.
All reprinted/duplicate tickets, as well as those purchased after 3pm on Wednesday 17th July have been made available on a collections-only basis from the ticket office.
Supporters are advised to collect their tickets as early as possible in order to avoid long queues on matchday and to prevent them, and other fans, from missing kick-off.
Tickets can be collected directly from the main ticket office from 9am on Friday until 5.45pm before they are relocated to the Brian Clough Stand collections office at 6pm. This collection point is situated at the corner of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End.
