Match preview: Exeter City vs Under 23s

21 January 2019

Nottingham Forest Under 23s will be looking to make it four wins from four and solidify their place at the top of the group in the Premier League Cup this evening when they travel to St James’ Park to take on Exeter City (kick-off 7pm).

The Reds are in fine form in the cup after excellent wins away at Leicester and Norwich as well as a comfortable 3-1 win at the Impact Arena against tonight’s opponents in their first match of the competition back in October.

Jimmy Gilligan’s side are without a win in two games in the Professional Development League however, while The Grecians will be in a confident mood after their admirable 1-1 draw at Leicester City in the cup last week.

Admission prices are as follows:

Adults: £5

Seniors: £4

Under-18s: £2

The IP Office Main Stand will be the only stand open on the night, with individual match tickets available on the night, cash-only. Turnstiles will open at 6.15pm.

The official academy Twitter account will have live updates from the game while a full match report will be available shortly after the final whistle at nottinghamforest.co.uk.
