Nottingham Forest manager Aitor Karanka believes his side can cause an FA Cup upset when they take on Chelsea tomorrow.
The Reds face the cup holders at Stamford Bridge and Karanka knows that if his side play to their potential, they can dump the holders of the competition out for the second season running.
He said: "If I don't believe, I can't convince the players. I have to be the first who is convinced and I am because to prepare one game thinking that it will be impossible to win, then it will be impossible to win.
"I am convinced that we can compete against them because we always compete against good teams.
"It is not easy to play at Stamford Bridge and against those kind of players. It is something that the players should feel in the way that we showed how good we are against Leeds, I hope that they show how good they are."
Karanka says that his players will be going out to win the tie against Chelsea and that they can use previous experience against Premier League opposition to help them.
He said: "We want to try to win the game. We have very good memories, for example, against Newcastle here in the other cup.
"We beat a team that is in the Premier League and I know that it is going to be difficult. I will have to check the players because after this busy period, it is going to be tough for them, but it is a game that everybody will want to play in.
"If I was playing, I would want to play in these kind of games so I hope that we can compete against one of the best teams in the Premier League."
