New Nottingham Forest defender Alexander Milosevic is ready to get stuck into Sky Bet Championship football after signing for the club on Friday.
The 27-year-old put pen to paper on an 18-month contract at The City Ground and he was delighted to conclude the deal after a hectic 48 hours and is now raring to get started.
Speaking to iFollow Forest he said: "I'm very happy to be here. It has been a whirlwind two days travelling here and fixing everything up but I'm really happy that everything has been sorted.
"It is always important to know that the manager wants you when you move to a new club and the manager here was a big factor for me so I was delighted to sign here.
"I know Nottingham Forest is a classic club. I've asked my friends who have played in England about Forest and they all said that it is a great stadium with amazing fans and that they have built a squad full of quality this season so it was an easy choice.
"I will always give 100% and although I'm a big central defender, I want to play football on the ground but my number-one job is to defend, that's why I'm here. I'm really excited for the challenge of playing Championship football and can't wait to get started."
