Nottingham Forest defender Yohan Benalouane believes that the side with the most character will make it into the top six come the end of the season.
The Reds travel to Rotherham on Saturday looking to make it back-to-back wins and pile on the pressure on their promotion rivals as they look to book a play-off spot.
"We want to win, obviously," Yohan said. "We are going there to get the result as we want to win every game.
"The end of the season is close so we have to take as many points as we can to get in the play-offs.
"We are confident and we have to keep working. The teams that get in to the top six will be the team that shows the most character. I think we have this character and it is time to do something important for the club."
Benalouane has been a big hit with the supporters since his January arrival, with his passion on the pitch and his winning goal against Derby County securing his spot in their hearts.
"It is a reciprocal love with the supporters," he said. "I can feel they give me love and I want to give a lot for them. I have to think that this is my work and to give my best when I am on the pitch. It is important, for me, to give my best and to make the fans happy.
"If I have a message for the supporters, it is to stay with us and to keep going. When we are at home or when we are away, it is the same because our part of the stadium is always full and we can see all of the red shirts.
"It is very important for me and when I am on the pitch and I can see all of the supporters around us. You feel at home and when you feel that, you can give your best.
"I have to say thank you for this but we need to keep going together and to get a good result away."
