New Nottingham Forest signing Claudio Yacob can’t wait to get started having penned a deal with The Reds.
The Argentinian midfielder has signed a contract until the summer of 2020 and is determined to achieve success with Forest this season.
He said: "It feels very good and I am happy for this opportunity. I can't wait to start training with my teammates.
"This is a big club, with big history and it is time to go back to the Premier League.
"I want to be playing the last game of the season with the opportunity of minimum in the play-offs."
Yacob joins Forest having left West Brom at the end of last season and he says that he is a player that plays with his heart on his sleeve.
"I was at West Brom for a long time and I think I did well," he said. "I play with my passion, my heart and always thinking about the team and the most important thing is to think in the last game that we have an opportunity to go back to the Premier League.
"I will give 100 per cent, everything I have, for the team. I try to provide balance for the team, tactically, to give the attacking players the opportunity to go forward knowing that I will be behind them.
"There is a very good squad here with big experience and also a lot of young talent, so there is a good mix. Hopefully we can achieve some good success."
