Joe Lolley is raring to go following the international break as Nottingham Forest get set to welcome Norwich to The City Ground tomorrow.
The Reds went into the break on the back off a 2-0 win against Middlesbrough and Lolley is keen to carry on with a good performance in front of a packed out crowd on Trentside.
He said: "We probably wanted to carry on really considering we are in good form, we are unbeaten and winning games while playing well, but it is always important to recharge the batteries.
"Obviously some of the lads go away and play games internationally, but for the rest of us it is a relentless season so when you do get the chance to rest, you need to take it to be mentally and physically ready.
"Norwich have started well but no team is running away with it. You have teams like Sheffield United who are top of the league, and Norwich have quietly gone about their business.
"In the first couple of games they didn't get great results but since then they have been really good so we know it will be a tough game, like any game in this division. We will go into it having done our research on them and hopefully we can get another good result.
"The fans have been brilliant so far and having them behind us, especially at home, it feels like a bit of a fortress at the moment. If we can continue that it would be good."
