Nottingham Forest remembers

9 November 2018

Nottingham Forest will remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice with a minute’s silence before kick-off at Saturday's match against Stoke City.

This remembrance weekend marks the centenary of Armistice Day and the club will be welcoming military personnel to conduct a guard of honour and lead out the teams at The City Ground, while poppy sellers will be around the stadium from 1pm with all monies collected to be donated to the Royal British Legion.

The minute's silence before kick-off will also include a bugle player performing The Last Post within the centre circle as we remember those who lost their lives in the First World War.
