A young Nottingham Forest fan received a special visit as the club rallies behind him and his family in a bid to raise vital funds to treat his rare brain tumour.
Five-year-old Liam Andrew met Aitor Karanka, Danny Fox and Chris Cohen earlier this week after the club learned his family need to raise £500,000 for specialist trials and treatment to help combat the rare Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) brain tumour.
Following the sudden diagnosis earlier this month, the Forest trio were keen to make a personal visit to Liam and his family and presented them with signed shirts while also playing football with him in the garden.
The club are keen to support Liam's cause and are asking fans to help raise the vital funds needed. Find out more about Liam and how to get involved by visiting the family's fundraising page here: www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/love4liam
