Nottingham Forest midfielder Ben Osborn said it was a great feeling to secure the three points with a win at Wolves yesterday.
The midfielder struck the crucial second goal just before half time as The Reds defeated the league leaders at Molineux.
Speaking after the game, he said: "It is a tremendous result. To come away to top of the league and get the three points is a really good feeling. To keep a clean sheet as well, we are really happy with it.
"We have had a tough week training; Tuesday and Wednesday we did a lot high-intensity work and it is something that has been really drilled into us, we tried to implicate it today and I thought we did."
Osborn's scored just a few minutes after Kieran Dowell had put Forest in front and he felt they managed to game well to come away with the points.
He said: "My goal came at a good time, the same as Dowell's. It was a good ball in by Cash and thankfully I got a touch on it and managed to tuck it in. It settled the nerves a little bit.
"We didn't play the nicest football but we thought about what it is like when we've been down at home and teams sit in and make it difficult. With a two-goal lead, we didn't want to be too negative as we knew we could hit them on the break with Ben's pace and with Cash and Dowell up there as well.
"We knew if we could limit their chances, which I thought we did, then they wouldn't have a chance of getting back into it."
