Nottingham Forest take a break from Championship action as the Carabao Cup gets underway against Bury at The City Ground this evening.
The Reds have a great history in this competition, having lifted the trophy on four occasions, and Aitor Karanka's men will be hoping to kick-start a run against The Shakers.
Supporters are reminded that it is a 7.30pm kick-off on Tuesday evening, and should the scores be level at the end of 90 minutes, the tie will be settled by a penalty shoot-out.
Aitor Karanka is expected to make changes to his side from the one which lined-up against Reading on Saturday. But with the depth of quality at his disposal, there is a chance to impress for many of the squad and to push for a starting spot for the next league game.
Jordan Smith or Luke Steele are set to deputise in goal as Costel Pantilimon is rested, while Karanka has also hinted that Sam Byram and Michael Hefele could be in line for their debuts.
