Kieran Dowell said that confidence in the Nottingham Forest camp is high heading into Saturday’s game against Wolves.
The Reds bounced back from two defeats with a win at Sunderland on Tuesday night and the midfielder is looking forward to the contest at The City Ground.
He said: "We had a good start then a little blip around the international break, but we put that right on Tuesday night and now we are full of confidence going into Saturday.
"The games are thick and fast and it is about recovering. We have looked at Wolves and done some analysis on them. It should be a good atmosphere at The City Ground and I can't wait for it.
"They are a good side and they have had a good start so it will be two good teams going at it and I think it will be a really good footballing game."
The England Under 21 international signed on loan from Everton in the summer and he has taken to life in Nottingham well.
"I think it was a bit of a shock to the system at first but I feel like I am getting used to it and getting a bit more robust," he said.
"It is my first bit of professional football really and, as well as living on my own in Nottingham, it has been a bit of whirlwind but I am loving every minute of it.
"It is tough physically but it is nothing more than you would want. After the game on Tuesday, I was saying to the lads that I can't wait for Saturday as that is what it is like, it is thick and fast with lots of games.
"I have come here to learn and I am learning a lot already. I've learned how to adapt my game to how the game is going, sometimes you need to be a bit unselfish with your movement and things like that.
"The lads have been quality with me, there is a good group of young lads and the older lads are great as well; it is a really good group."
