Tyler Walker is expecting a good footballing contest when Nottingham Forest and Reading meet at the Madejski Stadium tonight.
The Royals have had a difficult start to the season after last season's play-off final defeat but Walker knows The Reds cannot underestimate them.
He said: "They are a good footballing side, so it will be two good sides going up against each other and it should be a good game.
"Their position in the table doesn't match the standard that they are. We are not going to underestimate them, we will need to be at the top of our game and hopefully we can get all three points."
The 21-year-old came off the bench to win the penalty for the third goal on Saturday against Hull City and hopes to continue to gain more game time.
"It has been good and I am enjoying getting the chance to play for Forest," he said. "I have just tried to take the opportunities as they come and do the best I can.
"For me, game time is the main thing. My goal at the minute is to keep taking the opportunities when they come and to try and nail down a first-team place.
"When I got injured my aim was to come back and try and impress the manager and I hope that I am doing that and I continue to do that."
