Nottingham Forest made it through to the last 16 of the FA Cup with a 2-0 fourth-round replay win at Deepdale. Jamie Mackie curled The Reds into a first-half lead and, despite plenty of pressure on the Forest goal, Darius Henderson's thunderous strike in injury time sealed The Reds' passage through to the next round.

A late Luke Chambers strike meant Nottingham Forest came from behind to seal the win in the third round of the FA Cup and win at Deepdale for the second time in the 2010/11 season. Darren Carter put Preston ahead in the first half but Paul Anderson's neat finish equalised before Chambers' dramatic late finish.

Nottingham Forest came from behind to seal a 2-1 win against Preston in the 2010/11 season. Jon Parkin's neat finish gave Preston the lead on the stroke of half time before a second-half fightback from The Reds. Lewis McGugan's vicious low drive drew them level on 68 minutes and the midfielder found the winner with an effort into the top corner from 12 yards.

A 2-2 draw at Deepdale helped move Nottingham Forest further away from the Division One relegation zone. Marlon King fired The Reds in front early on with a crisp volley before North End hit back through Chris Lucketti. Gareth Williams restored the lead on the stroke of half time before Paul McKenna swept home for a share of the spoils.

A last-gasp equaliser from Jon-Olav Hjelde sealed a point for Nottingham Forest at Preston in the 2000/01 season to keep them in the hunt for the First Division play-offs. David Healy's deflected free kick gave North End the lead on 11 minutes before Hjelde's bullet header on the brink of stoppage time secured a well-deserved point.
